Domain availability MCP: checked, not guessed
Language models answer "is this domain free?" from training data, which is stale the day it ships. Connect DomainRadar through the Norcube MCP server and your agent runs a live DNS, RDAP and WHOIS check instead, for one name or a long list of candidates.
Suggest five names for a note-taking app and keep only the .com domains that are free.
Two are free right now: quillnestnotes.com and notefernly.com. The other three are already registered.
Brainstorm names. Keep only the free ones
Ask your agent for name ideas and it can verify each one before showing it to you. The single check defaults to the verified mode, a real DNS lookup that falls back to RDAP, so an "available" answer is something you can act on.
- "Suggest ten names for my app and only list the .com domains that are free"
- Ask for the info mode and taken domains come back with the registrar and dates
- Failed lookups say so instead of pretending
Each domain stops at the first step with a definitive answer.
Domain checker tools, live results
They all need the DomainRadar check permission on the consent screen. Only the checks are metered; reading your data is free.
Check one domain
Returns the answer right away: whether the domain is available and its status, plus the registrar and created, updated and expiry dates in the info mode when the registry publishes them. Defaults to a verified live check. Tool: domainradar_check_domain.
Check a whole list
Starts a bulk check for a list of domains and returns a job id right away. The work runs in the background on the same pipeline as bulk checks in the dashboard. Tool: domainradar_check_domains.
Page through the results
Reports a bulk job's progress and returns its results page by page, so the agent can work through large lists. Tool: domainradar_get_bulk_check; domainradar_list_bulk_checks finds earlier jobs.
Your saved domains
Your watchlist with notes and the latest stored check: availability, registrar and expiry. "Which of my saved names are still free?" Tool: domainradar_list_saved_domains.
Brand-monitor hits
Lookalike domains seen in new TLS certificates, with a risk score and the AI impersonation verdict. "Did anyone register a lookalike of my brand this week?" Tools: domainradar_list_brand_hits, domainradar_list_brand_watchers.
Generated names
Names from your AI name generations, ready to check across TLDs in one bulk check. Tools: domainradar_list_name_jobs, domainradar_get_name_job.
Real lookups, honest billing
A lookup, not a prediction
Every answer comes from a DomainRadar check against DNS, RDAP or WHOIS, the same engine behind the dashboard and API. The model only decides what to check and how to present it.
Metered exactly like dashboard checks
Agent checks are billed at the normal DomainRadar rates, including the free tier and cache reuse. There is no MCP surcharge.
Your account, your permissions
You connect with a Norcube Auth sign-in and grant DomainRadar checks explicitly. Revoke the connection in Account settings → Connected apps any time.

Is this a WHOIS MCP server?
Can it check domain names my AI generates?
Does it show registration prices?
How much does it cost?
Can my agent see my brand monitoring?
