We are not hiring. But we are listening
Norcube is a small team of engineers. We do not have open positions right now — but we are always interested in people who care deeply about building great infrastructure.
What it is like to build Norcube
Small team, short feedback loops
The founder writes code. No product managers, no design committees. Code reviews and approvals are there — the backend handles real data and needs to be rock-solid. But the loop from idea to production is days, not quarters.
Real problems, not tickets
Every feature exists because someone hit a wall. We do not build from roadmaps written by people who do not use the product. We build what we need — then make it available to everyone.
Standard tools, no magic
Go on the backend, Svelte on the frontend, PostgreSQL and MongoDB for data, AWS for infrastructure, Notion for tasks. No proprietary frameworks, no internal tools you have never heard of.
Ship fast, fix fast
We deploy multiple times a day. If something breaks, we fix it in minutes, not sprints. Small team means short feedback loops and zero bureaucracy.
The kind of people we want to work with
You ship
You write code, get it reviewed, and see it in production. Not in three months — in days. You take responsibility for what you build.
You care about quality
Not perfectionism — quality. The difference is that quality ships. You write tests when it matters, document what needs documenting, and never ship something you would not use yourself.
You are honest
If something is broken, say it. If you do not know, say it. If you disagree, say it. No politics, no posturing, no pretending.
No open positions. But say hello
If you think you should be part of what we are building, we want to hear from you. No formal process — just send an email and tell us what you care about.
